Federal Fire Service
National Command & Control Portal — modernised federal incident dispatch and reporting, replacing a legacy paper-based system across 12 state commands.
The Challenge
The Federal Fire Service coordinated incident dispatch and reporting across 12 state commands using paper forms and phone calls, making it difficult to track response times or get a real-time view of an incident as it developed.
Our Approach
We built a National Command & Control Portal that digitises incident intake, dispatch, and reporting into a single system, with role-based access so each state command sees its own operations while federal command retains national-level visibility.
Results
- 12 state commands onboarded onto the platform
- Incident reporting moved from paper forms to a structured digital workflow
- Federal command gained real-time visibility into active incidents across commands
